- What counts as a tour view?
- A tour view is counted each time a tour is displayed to a visitor on your site. If the same person sees the same tour again, it counts as another view.
- How does the 14-day trial work?
- Every new project starts with a 14-day Growth trial — unlimited tours, custom branding, everything except A/B testing. After 14 days, if you haven't upgraded, your project moves to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted — excess tours are simply paused until you upgrade.
- Is annual cheaper than monthly?
- Yes. Pay annually and save around 17% compared to paying monthly — that's about two months free on every plan. You can switch between monthly and annual any time from your dashboard.
- What happens when I downgrade?
- We never delete your data. If you have more tours or projects than your plan allows, the extras are suspended (hidden from visitors) but still saved. Upgrade again and they come right back.
- Can I pay in ZAR?
- Yes. All pricing is in South African Rand. We use PayFast for local payment processing — no forex fees, no surprises.
- What happens if I exceed my view limit?
- Tours continue to work for your visitors. We stop recording analytics data until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.
- Is my data POPIA compliant?
- Yes. We follow POPIA guidelines for data collection, storage, and processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then your project moves to the Free plan.
